This half-day session will focus on writing parallel programs with Python (via the Dask library). Students should know some Python and Pandas (e.g., via the Introduction to Python course).
If you do not have a version of Python installed on your computer and are not sure where to start, you can use a cloud-based Jupyter notebook platform (like Google Colab), or consider following the instructions for your operating system here:
