While it is becoming increasingly popular for HPC users to interact with the systems through graphical means, traditionally most access was, and continues to be, provided via a command line interface. In this webinar we will look at the basics of the command line environment in UNIX-based systems with a focus on the bash shell (Graham's default shell program), including how to set up your command line shell configuration, and how to get your work done effectively at Graham machine, whether it be submitting jobs, maintaining and organizing files, or doing pre and post-processing tasks.
Please note the change in the webinar's direct link. SHARCNET account is not required to attend the webinar. If you don't have a SHARCNET account, you don't need to register for the webinar - just follow the webinar link right before the webinar.
