You might have tried to install Conda-packaged software in Compute Canada systems, and either something went wrong or a staff told you not to use it. There are many reasons why you should NOT use Anaconda/Miniconda environments in Compute Canada systems, but I get it, you NEED it! In this webinar I’ll show you how to create regular python environments and populate them with the required programs (some of which we already have). Lastly, I will show you the even easier way, using Singularity images.

Zoom account is required to attend the webinar. Need help attending a webinar? See the SHARCNET Help Wiki.
