When you'\;re working on incorporating good research data managem ent (RDM) practices into your research\, a data management plan\, or DMP\, is a crucial tool to ensuring you can keep everything organized\, both du ring and after your project. DMPs are also increasingly being required as part of funding applications\, including those for the Tri-Agencies. This workshop will exam ine the key questions to consider when preparing a DMP\, and will introduc e the DMP Ass istant online tool for preparing your plan.
This session is prim arily intended for graduate students\, faculty\, postdoctoral fellows\, an d staff engaged in research outside of the classroom setting. For undergra duate students conducting research for a class\, please contact your subject librarian.
