 ct is an essential skill for today’s researchers. Profile tools like ORC
 ID\, Google Scholar\, and McMaster Experts provide a valuable space to sho
 wcase your research outputs (from publications to datasets to creative wor
 ks) and enable efficient workflows for demonstrating your impact. This wor
 kshop will guide researchers through the process of creating and maintaini
 ng researcher profiles — from initial setup to streamlined upkeep and ge
 nerating basic impact reports.</p><p>By the end of this workshop\, partici
 pants will be able to:</p><ul><li>Select the most appropriate research pro
 file(s) for their needs.</li><li>Automate the initial population and maint
 enance of their research profile(s).</li><li>Generate basic research impac
 t reports using profile data.</li></ul><p>This session is ideal for resear
 chers and graduate students interested in establishing an online presence 
 and tracking the impact of their work.</p><p><strong>Details:</strong> An

 g> </p><p>Jack Young (he/him) is McMaster’s Research Impact Librarian\,
  supporting the use of bibliometric data to enhance the reporting and stra
 tegic planning practices of the University’s academic departments\, inst
 itutes\, and researchers.</p><p>Sabrina Kirby (she/her) is the Research Te
 chnology Analyst for the McMaster Experts service\, providing support to r
 esearchers and research administrations working with their Experts profile
 s and the varous systems and integrations that comprise McMaster Experts.<
