This presentation is for those interested in using containers on our clusters and will cover using Apptainer (formerly called Singularity). Additionally, there will be discussion concerning how to convert Docker containers into Apptainer containers as well as issues concerning building containers.

Compute Ontario Summer School is a series of online courses on Advanced Research Computing, High Performance Computing, and Research Data Management. It runs from June 12 to June 29, 2023. The courses are delivered each workday from 9:00am to 4:30pm (EDT) with a lunch break,  in two parallel streams. You can register for any number of courses. Registration is free.
